Scène de la vie quotidienne : ce nos idées reçus et nos habitudes qui entravent notre adaptabilité

Aujourd'hui, rendez-vouus chez un client pour présenter les résultats d'une action (oui, il y a des gens qui travaillent en août). Un des résultats de l'étude est que le service concerné chez mon client doit développer une attitude pro-active avec les autres services en interne pour les inciter à s'adapter à l'environnement.

Réponse : "oui, mais ce nest pas notre rôle! ", "personne ne nous a demandé cela !" etc.

Et pourtant, les faits sont cela : l'environnement bouge et la demande des clients aussi. L'entreprise a du retard en termes de résultat. Les services concernés en laison avec les clients perçoivent le changement, mais partent en ordre dispersé et réinventent chacun le fil à couper le beurre en se plaignant du manque de moyens.

Bref, les conditions sont réunies pour que le service qui est mon client coordonnent les actions et proposent des approches un peu plus industrialisées. Deux heures de débat à ce sujet : est-ce notre rôle ?

Voilà un excellent exemple de confusion entre exemplarité et autorité. Pour certains de mes participants à la réunion de ce jour, proposez, dans les conditions actuelles, c'est s'imposer et se mettre en position de force. Pour d'autres, c'est au contraire rendre service, les services concernés restant décideur en final.

Au final, le service réfléchit à devenir force de proposition : un compromis est trouvé.

Trois enseignements

  1. la culture égalitaire française par le bas (tout le monde en seconde classe) pertube nos relations
  2. il y a confusion entre leadership (même moral) et autorité
  3. nous prônons le changement chez les autres, mas pas chez nous et surtout que les autres commencent
