Moi, mon patron j’ai été drôlement étonnée de découvrir qu’il avait fait des stages de management. Je ne m’étais pas aperçu qu’il les avait faits tous !

Paraît qu’ils se sont bien marré dans son séminaire…

Avant il me “rajoutait” du travail, maintenant il “délègue” et moi je ne vois pas la différence !

Bon ! Bon ! Il semblerait y avoir comme un décalage.

Bien sûr je sais ce que mes collaborateurs font comme stages de formation. Normal : c’est en concertation avec eux que nous en avons décidé et je les ai préparés avant pour en évaluer la mise en œuvre après… Enfin … presque toujours… enfin… la plus part du temps… enfin…

Mais est-ce que mes collaborateurs voient la mise en œuvre de mes formations ?

Aujourd’hui, je voudrais faire le test de la délégation en posant quelques questions.

  • Est-ce que sur le planning de mon collaborateur il y a une date précise pour faire le point sur la délégation que je lui ai confiée ? (mais au fait, en avions nous vraiment convenu d’une…)
  • Mon collaborateur connaît-il la date où prendra fin la délégation ? (à part celle de la fin de mes vacances)
  • A quoi mon collaborateur s’attend il s’il réussit la délégation que je lui ai confiée ?(une prime ?! ça va être dur dur)
  • Qu’est-ce que mon collaborateur dit avoir appris à la fin de la précédente délégation que je lui avais confiée ? (on apprend toujours quelques choses, n’est-ce pas ?)

Avez-vous d’autres idées pour que je m’évalue sur la délégation ?
