Nous pouvons croire que nous avons progressivement programmé notre cerveau et que le faire changer, voire même simplement évoluer peut être un exercice difficile. Une personne de mon entourage s’insurgeait récemment que son entreprise demandait à des gens de plus de 50 ans de se remettre à l’anglais (contexte professionnel oblige) : « A leur âge ! » disait-elle. Pourtant, nous avons plus d’atouts et de souplesse d’esprit que nous le croyons. Voici deux exercices.
